The Bannockburn Tam - A Study

Looks like Joe Margolies is up to his ears in school work. I recently received this interesting study of the bannockburn's color pallet. You may recall that this was the inaugural summer for the bannockburn tam. Does this mean you like A&W rootbeer, Joe?

Oh yes it does.

But
We must remember that although the tartan's name sounds extremely similar to the location of Bannockburn, Scotland, the site of the famous battle in the 14th century, this tam, the Bannockbane, is not only unrelated to the Bannockburn tartan, but unrelated to any tartan whatsoever, being as it is that the Bannockbane tartan was designed in the 1970s.

And that will be quite enough annoying know-it-all-ness from Joe.
